Our Disaster Recovery support can include emergency overflow arrangements whereby operations are routed through to our own Contact centres or total disaster recovery cover whereby operations are switched over to a dedicated contact centre designed and maintained to your requirements. We operate fully operational and supported sites that can be staffed in the event of a disaster recovery situation. These sites are fully equipped as operational contact centres, housing 6 and 8 seat call centre podiums, each equipped with high spec PC's on a Server 2003 network, sophisticated telephony together with advanced call routing, monitoring and call recording software. Additionally, we are able to house mirrored versions of your own operating systems, configured as they would be in your own offices. Immediate resources include around 100 seats of fully configured call centre operations with a further 200 seats available subject to lead times. Contact centres are based in West Yorkshire and North Yorkshire and we are also able to offer a disaster recovery plan that enables you to relocate your staff temporarily to one of our contact centres.
